I've bought a couple sub-to's in the past and about to close on one next week. 

As of this week we have secured the land.

I've been "Retired" for 7 years since 55 and have loved every day, seven days a week doing Self Storage.

Lastly, I do a weekly STR update you YouTube if you are interested where I talk about all new STR listings and sold listings.

Radio ads are about $250 a week.

Our experience has been that most tenants book about two weeks out from a vacancy, so don't slash the price of your MTR too soon to your next ecpected vacancy(you will get nervous, I promise).

So Just spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica,  stayed in three different towns all on west cost.  

In fact, I just became a Superhost last week!

Not sure why this new management is holding our fund, which always delay last month was one week holding.
