Let me give you a vivid example.Everyone on Youtube tells you to do DMM, cold calling and SMS to all these foreclosure list, tax lien list etc. etc.Then they give you FREE information on how to drive for dollars.

Once they tell you what their perfect investment property looks like in vivid detail, you need to let them how you operate and what you expect from them.
