I'm on the do not call list and I ask them repeatedly to remove me from their contact list but at this point I'm wondering if they're just saying that company to hide who they're really working for.

Although many syndicators tend to hide this is some shape form or fashion.

Just an update: Someone said they should use an off-color white, not straight white, to hide the stains. 

As a listing agent, I explain to seller that an inspection can be more protection for them, anyway, because 1) buyer waives right to repair anything discovered in the inspection if not negotiated during inspection period, so fewer surprises at final Walk Through, and 2) buyer less likely to succeed in blaming seller later for something even their own professional didn’t find (unless seller was really hiding it).

Many times they will claim it's wonderful and then try to hide their worst deals by only showing completed deals.

They were not straight forward with the renovations and even tried to hide a painting error they made and have us pay to have the room redone.

You will try to hide what you are doing.

They probably think some owners will hide the renter from the association which I could see happening.  

There's nothing to hide like you with your excellent profile pic, so I always stand by everything I say.
