At the very least, require that all dogs have their license, vaccinations, and be fixed.

Until we (as a society) have effective vaccines, treatments, and some kind of immunity/immunization, those people in high risk groups will remain mostly isolated.

So, I rehab my properties down there when they get vaccinated and start up my rentals and farm etc. again.

With all of the Trillions in research there has been NO major illnesses or diseases cured since the polio vaccine in the 1950's.

There's very strong opinions that we may get multiple waves  and there are other strong opinions that we may not have a vaccine for a very long time. 

Are there other areas you recommend with less risk of vaccines? 

With my out-of-town units, I now require the tenant to step through many hoops if they want a pet, with vet records proving breed and current vaccinations, AKC canine good citizen certificate, proof of current pet license, liability policy with me listed as additional insured, and a much larger deposit (like 1.5 times monthly rent instead of 1 month).  

Our tenants have one dog who seems well behaved and with an up to date vaccination record.
