The main level itself does look fairly good but to the untrained eye as myself as green as I am what is assume that it is a good cover up and that there is possibly mold Behind the Walls there.

From my untrained eye, it definitely improves the ease of entry and return based on initial investment for my position currently.

To the untrained eye, this appears to be a grim reflection of the market.

At that price/visual inspection on photos it looks like a great deal to my untrained eye.

not sure how long you have been looking or driving thru them, but until you start looking at them all the time, to the untrained eye they can all look trashy or bad, based on stigmas....or in this case all of them could be trashy and in bad areas.  

I'm no professional but at least to my untrained eye the construction looked solid. 

Also, even to an untrained eye, if something doesn't look right, it probably isn't.

Not in great shape, but average or very slightly above average condition for the area (a lot of apartments I checked out were not well maintained) to my untrained eye, but the price was well below other market prices for the area -- so we'll see if the inspection turns up any glaring faults.

As a landlord you have been sending the wrong message to this individual and must now un-train her.

Also had to let one tenant go because she was hiding her  SIX UNTRAINED PITBULLS.I'm currently approaching an agent about doing a Master Lease Option on a 4plex.
