They always had valid reasons, like their long-lost aunt's funeral six states away, a brother's wedding in California, their transmission went out, they had to have surgery, etc.

As long as the documentation is in place, I don’t see anything wrong with this type of transmission of currency into the US?

We used this stuff called  "green glue" and added 3/8 inch sections of drywall on top of the existing fire wall with the green glue between the extra drywall and we were able to decrease sound transmission significantly which has been another huge leasing / selling point.  

There are products that can be applied to the top of a concrete slab that stop vapor transmission but they are expensive and not suitable for install in an occupied space.

@Brad Schultheiss  I know cars will go that kind of milage I had a 1978 300 SD Mercedes I bought brand new. and drove it 7 years and 200k miles then gave it to my parents who drove it until 1992 and almost 400k miles.. but at the end of the day the only thing that worked on it was the engine and transmission.. 20 years in a car and most parts were out.if you get a really good lease .. the payments will be less than owning.. given the resale value.. and residual on the lease.. you do need to know what your doing though so the car deale3r does not dupe you. plus when you buy new and trade in you NEVER spend a dime on maintance other than oil change on a modern car.. and now with tesla you don't even do that.

I mean bigger turbos, built engines, transmissions, reinforced drive-lines, bigger brakes, paint, and all the other things that make cars unique.In 2010 I moved to Michigan from Illinois to work for Chrysler, now FCA.

Market is higher than $1775, maybe $1850-1900 but wasnt worth getting a new tenant when I have on time payers who have needed $600 in maintenance their first year (washing machine transmission and a couple closet door tracks) and would have to pay $1400-1600 in a new tenant leasing fee along with 8-10 days vacancy and any turnover costs and MY TIME.

Prior to listening to BP, it was like if I had a problem with my car, took it to the mechanic, and he told me that it was $2000 for parts and labor to replace my transmission.

Verify concrete dryness in accordance with ASTM F 1869 “Standard Test Method for Measuring Moisture Vapor Emission Rate of Concrete Subfloor Using Anhydrous Calcium Chloride” (moisture vapor transmission should not exceed three pounds per 1,000 square feet in a 24 hour period), F 2170 “Standard Test Method for Determining Relative Humidity in Concrete using in situ Probes” (relative humidity should not exceed 80%), or D 4263 “Standard Test Method for Indicating Moisture in Concrete by the Plastic Sheet Method” (no moisture present).
