The traffic is terrible (although, some of you in LA or NYC would probably laugh at me for saying that).

I have some brokers telling me that it's still a rent PSF calculation, but I'm just not seeing how that's an accurate way to price it b/c of the effect a drive thru has on the ability has to drive traffic.

Is building over the drive through limiting your ability to punch a hole in a wall, re-stripe the traffic pattern and, and put in a restaurant drive thru, when/if the time comes?

It draws heavily on the Port of Mobile, with executives there estimating that it will be bringing about 50,000 TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) of containers traffic now that it’s operational.

It could mean closer to traffic, noise and crime which is always worse.

When I was in my 20s and 30s, it was easy to get a hotel room or rental home, spot on the beach, table at a restaurant, and traffic was a nonevent. 

I also check the court records (civil, criminal & traffic) myself, just in case something was missed.  

We also do a few other things on move-in day.... we put drop cloth runners down in the traffic areas, loan the tenants the use of moving blankets, furniture sliders, an appliance dolly, and shoe covers.
