New user, first time post.Trying to gather info for an HOA Board about possibly having the HOA buy 'bulk' cable TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) with VOIP for use by each owner in a 55 year old and over HOA with 62 dwelling, plus a clubhouse with at least two additional TV usage locations (main clubhouse room, plus exercise room).Cox/Xfinity is the current supplier for the entire property which only has coax cables installed on the property below ground.

He earned quick money as a wholesaler, and I have a house to keep)Rehab cost: $20k (vinyl floor, interior paint, new dual pane windows, new toilets and bathroom vanities, lights, new landscape, new AC condenser, all done by handyman, spent some extra money for minor plumbing and electric jobs, hydro jet sewer lines, clean up attic (had mice), added some insulationTime spent: 3 weeks (two handymen for the first two weeks, one for the last week)Value after repair: probably around $440kJobs still need to be done later: some dryrots, roof work (it's tile roof, roof doctor quoted me $9k, handyman said probably $5k, home inspector said $15k you can get a new shingle roof.

And we found a great pre-finished lumber supplier for the siding and the tongue and groove that is saving us 10 to 15k a cabin depending on the size (and producing far better quality results in the finishes).It doesn't sound like much when you're looking at 300k to 500k builds.
