Is the basement legally considered living space?

People have to remember that the seller finance space fills the gaps that the banks leave behind. 

While it was a scary jump at first, we quickly realized this space is actually less competitive.

Most real estate investors don't get into the investment space to become a landlord.

I have experience in the flip, rental, space and can help with the loan, and the real estate broker piece.

Cold calling IMO is the easiest way to get into the space.

That's short term and long-term, it just does not add up.I am expecting some form of disruption in the industry, but things are so tight in RE it won't happen anytime soon or it'll happen sooner because of how tight it is.
