You can ask an attorney about having them on retainer but I'm guessing they would not want that liability either and it might end up being more expensive than just getting your license.

@Edwing Hernandez Lots of unsupported claims...same story with Roofstock...nothing like getting on camera and claiming you have a magic formula but no evidence of what's in the potion....they want you to go on faith alone, I guess...

@Joseph Gary guessing your Detroit experience was with a Class C property.So, you may want to focus on Class B properties also.
