It will take a good 24 hours to reach temp after a clean and refill.  

It's pretty and temping but not the best strategy to pursue.  

Just something simple I could use pro tem. 

Avg temps were 45-65 this February.So I asked the price for the new unit, the cost to repair the ducting and clean it, and frankly didn’t even address his insulation rec.

You want the temp to be above a minimum temp so the pipes don't freeze.
