I was just surfing the MLS as I sometimes do and came across a listing with this description "Nice income potential.

@Ned Carey, and @Dave Meadows - yeah avl has game. we saw pretty ridiculous appreciation in our neighborhood, like 30% over last 3 years. such little inventory as well. the influx of breweries and the long term development plan for the river corridor / river arts district is so promising. all we need is a surf / kayak wave (manmade whitewater feature) right in the middle of town, and we'll be on the next level!

Ive added a few keyword alerts as mentioned by @Brandon Turner and have been surfing through the forum quite a bit.

Don't ask me why, we're all busy surfing! 

On Thursday I was surfing craigslist looking for some deals as I do from time to time.

I love being this busy but I will make some time for a nice surf on Friday or Saturday we're supposed to get some breezy offshore winds that will make for some nice longboard waves.

Lastly, I would like to thank my kids for going to bed at a reasonable hour which allows me to surf BP before I go to bed.
