Do you have clarity around different options there are to create cashflow besides pure yield/interest/rental income?

Are you looking to submit just a small list, find a skip tracing service that does not have high spend minimums but rather flexible spending option for low or high volume. 

They are also based in the US so this is a good option for many. 

Currently only getting 70% LTV through ROC Capital on our DSCR loans since my credit dropped below a 720.I've heard that second position DSCRs may be an option?

Talking with my partner, we started to talk think through worst case scenarios & options we’d have if it doesn’t get rented in several months. 

Another option would be to connect with the hospital's administrative offices, as they may have partnerships with local landlords for these types of accommodations.Regarding utilities, in mid-term rental situations, it varies.

Those are great options that I will consider.

A little of something is better than a lot of nothing, so if the deal works then I would consider it, especially if no other options
