The rodent infestation could be from another property,alley, etc.I have seen a hundred mice in a planter before at a commercial property.Is your property sealed from the outside??

But it does get a mind thinking, only because the house I live in now was moved to this property, built in the 40's, all wood floors, pretty sound and stylish, but this deal would be for someone who has plenty of money and time on their hands to possibly make a move and profit from it in the short term if they are creative lol.

It's amazing how a out of date dumpy looking house can be turned in to a modern looking stylish nice house.My wife says a large pantry is worth it's weight in gold :)I am hopefully picking up a rehab this summer so it's great reading about projects that others complete.

Large scale planters might work but they're expensive would be more maintenance in the long run (much harder to keep container plants healthy)
