I'm still struggling to get my first AirBnB but values are rising, gross annual yield is mainly above 10%

I have heard of a fair number of college students, particularly freshman who struggle to adjust to college and have to return home for mental health reasons.

From 9/9 to 9/18, I struggled to get to funding with them.

I'd rather the team set the right expectations for you up front than act like an agent that can get it done for you but then struggles with how challenging things are right now -- especially with it being hurricane season. 

I'm in very similar position, looking to start my RE investing journey around Boston area and facing struggle to cash out on my stock portfolio to try to get a MF, that using BP analysis tools, will be barely break even...even in slightly farther surrounding areas. wishing us both luck though!
