This is exactly the type of issue Brian posted about in another thread, if you don't have a true option, then you don't have an option with an option price paid, it changes the stripes of the money you received.

I Personally believe to create a business model your going to count on that involves the owner will change their stripes and become a great payor..

Renting is not always easy money, a lot of us got our stripes before there was the internet, but new comers have the wealth of many years of knowledge at your fingertips, take advantage of it.

There a plenty of options such as: Paypal, Stripe, etc.
