Is there any software where I can filter out properties below a certain return?

I would love it if someone developed software that automatically changes the cover photos and tracks impressions and conversions.

There are systems and software out there that can assist with key word management and campaigns etc. but they are not cheap. 

also look into AI powered softwares for narrowing down your search criteria. 

If millenial homeowners can't even change their home's air filters, or snake a toilet, or change the oil in their car, that's guaranteed future business for HVAC companies, plumbers, mechanics, and those places all need a place to conduct business in.The commercial mortgage pricing software I use has somewhere around 50 different asset classes in it.

The block chain being public is irrelevant, if I can't do that.BTW, hardware wallets are insecure as well, just a little bit harder to crack into than the software based ones.

I am sure there are more software that does the same thing and costs less.

Now solely as a lender, i actually reverted back to it in unison with our mortgage origination software.
