You can brag how your Sub2 are all great grand and groovy but fact is your 1 event away from a forced liquidation event. 1 court ruling on Sub2, 1 event where lenders do look-backs and enforcement, your goose is cooked.

Some places (Cook county, Illinois, some big cities) forbid using criminal records (including felonies) over X years old, so you may not be able to deny just on a criminal record.

Here's a list of ingredients that I've been trying to cook up to figure out what this magical "secret sauce" is:1.

Many add 10% to the original cost of the item or service, or if they partner with a cook, massagist, etc. they would get 5-8% of the amount the person received.

One thing I realize is that cook county makes it very very easy to be a deadbeat tenant. 

BUT, does it lower cost of the burger, the bun, fuel to run the stove, wages of cooks to cook the burgers.....
