To maximize your first VA entitlement, I would skip the single family homes unless there aren’t really multi units (1-4units) available in your area.

I've spoken to some more folks and I'm going to stick with an LLC in my property's state and skip Wyoming.

They do have a very awesome app called Deal Driven which is an extremely awesome marketing - organizing - information and skip tracing tool.

Hi all, I’d like to give a brief introduction(skip if you want).

They do 2 jobs...e.g one job and then Uber or Skip the dishes so they are never really at home but about 10 students living there so 2 per room.

I'm looking for a skip trace platform and seen these two as an option.

You skipped the step of FIRST getting your team together, namely the REI Realtor, didn't you?

And don't you think the mindset of "I will skip Amazon because there will be something better" would cause people to miss out?
