In SF & West Oakland, they aren't building 1800's era Victorian buildings any more, so in rehabbed condition, they sell for more than a building without that character..

@Michael Stole,We did a 1960's era house that looks almost exactly like your project, the difference being the stairs on our property were on the left and the hall on the right, and there was a den behind the living room.

I worked with Louise Leach and Juan Longfellow from Deasy Penner in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles CA.

I found a great deal on a 1930’s era house, remodeled, and it sits on a 1.00 acre lot that I could build two additional rentals on.
