Hi Jared, I`m a college senior and I am looking to get into this space is this a viable option for when it comes to creating financial freedom?

Tenents who feel they have seniority over a new owner is probably the number one issue for our house hacking clients, so that's great news.

They are designed to be filed before the foreclosure and then jump above the foreclosing lien in seniority and either get reimbursed from the foreclosure sale or survive the foreclosure and are passed to the new owner. 

In cases like this, a police report and insurance claim (via tenant's rental insurance policy first, mine second) would be (have been) my first choice. 

As long as interest rates are going up, there's not many people wanting to sell their homes, unless they're leaving CA, or going into Senior Living, which is happening more and more. 

While it is so sketch, because the vehicle is not reported stolen or involved in a crime the police department will not be helping out in the tow of this one.

I say 'If you get in that car and drive off I'll call the police' They'll try all kinds of BS but I hold the line and say I can't control what you do, but I'm telling you what I AM going to do.

All of our rules are guidelines for the men to use, and they police themselves.  

Then, they made an illegal move to reschedule the eviction without my knowledge by convincing a police sergeant to change the schedule to two weeks later!
