Instead of asking 99% of law-abiding citizens to fill out forms and hiring thousands of agents to receive, review, and monitor those forms, they should focus on the problem people.

I also have no intention of investing in rental properties in the UK no more due to a lot of horror stories and potential new changes in laws, which is why I am very eager to explore the US rental market.I am not a US citizen, my partner is and it will be a joint venture.

I teach college level  algebra and trigonometry to high school seniors at Louisiana School for the Blind.

These facts are not to bad talk the US, hell I am a citizen.

I applaud you for coming here and at least asking but as a senior investor who wants you to win, this aint it.

I don't like it nearly as much as senior living which is far more protected and in most states the regulations are better figured out and set in stone.

It was odd for them as I has long term jobs os a seafere working for overseas companies (I'm not a US citizen) they didn't know how to deal with it, it took too long and then I could find a property that worked. 

We have a lot of single mothers who are nurses/senior health aids/hospital aids/more who have proven to the be the best tenants by far.
