Are there any tertiary markets in particular that you'd suggest I start with as I widen my search?

I think a lot of the problems you cite can be fixed or at least improved by this - ability to nail it down to better dial in on the searchers you are looking forThe above categories are confusing and have a lot of overlap and there are much better ways to do it, but I will leave it to the imagination as to why no action here has been taken..

I spent thirty years handling title insurance claims and can state with certainty, mistakes can be made by the most experienced searcher/examiner.

Essentially you're choosing keywords that searchers can be typing in and if they type in a specific keyword, Google will display your site.It'll be too much information for one thread.
