Heck, you will be punished enough when the tenant moves out and you need to scrub/paint/rehab the property.Here such a bylaw would likely not stand-up to a constitutional challenge.

I need to clean a duplex and it isn't too bad but starting to look dirty.I am hoping there is a easy way to just use a cleaner and the pressure washer so I don't have to scrub it all down.I was thinking about trying the house siding version of Krud Kutter or Simple Green if anyone has advice there.

For $10,000 (AT MOST) you could have all the studs scrubbed, the house fogged with an anti-microbial agent and then dehumidified.

I tried scrubbing with lime-away which seemed to be slowly removing the stains but there are still some that it didn't cut through yet.Any ideas?
