Are there any areas in the DFW area that is becoming too saturated with investors?

The margins aren't there and the market is over saturated in most areas.

Orlando is a killer market for sure but starting to show signs of saturation..

Things are becoming over saturated by the day.

Any case, it's such a saturated market that rentals are going for $125-150/night if I'm lucky.

I see a problem with a lot of saturation in that area, and I can imagine that it is very difficult to stand out, and anyone that does operate one of those condos, would you do it again, or would you try to get a house next time? 

I'd be open to something like that.Thanks,ChrisCorrect, there are a bunch of Condos available to rent that's one of my points about saturation and competition driving prices down.I don't buy houses in HOA neighborhoods either.My next STR purchase will likely be a beach house directly on the beach or at least across the street with beach views. 

The market has really saturated due to high supply. 

I have concerns that renter will not do whatever is necessary to remove and replace the soil which was saturated with dog urine.
