The first thing you do is anticipate what the max impact is if the interest hits the max, and prepare for that when you buy the property.Since that ship has sailed, one option is to pay down the principle, but that defeats the purpose of cash flow.You say all your loans are commercial, and they have to be for some reason.

I don’t want to be the guy to take the wind out of your sails but I doubt it’d be terrible if you took your foot off the gas and spent this saving period working on your processes and getting your business built on a solid foundation.

He lives out of his boat on ss and lost his leg from a motorcycle accident and is on pain meds and could use some money to sail off to wherever the wind takes him next and I could have a part in that lol.
