I'm sure there's a lot of legalese behind a lot of the questions, but at the end of the day if a doctor can connect to robot in another hemisphere to conduct a vital surgery - there's no reason buying a property should involve this many moving pieces.

From those 40+ notices only one neighbor came to us to discuss our plans, and in the end they were pleased to hear that my brother and I would be staying in the neighborhood, after that ice breaker we went to our most immediate neighbors and gave them a hard copy of the submittal.
