My Grandparents lived right off of North Ave pretty close to Brookfield and my relatives live out in Pewaukee and Nobobin  (sic)   go back for state fair.. every few years  lots of fond memories.. my Grandfather was a bus driver so I would ride with him on his routes.. that was the 60s some pretty wild times in between the riots etc.

As for the end i was saying you could buy property for example in detroit for next to nothin and cash flow on section 8 but maybe the area would have a economic downturn. i had a freind that bought a handful of properties after the 08 recession in Baltimore and was sitting on them for years and renting them to keep money coming in with plan on flipping them when the market did return. problem was the lead up to the baltimore riots.
