While I’m not in a rush, I aim to strategically invest and grow a portfolio over the next 3–5 years to make a smooth exit from the corporate grind, as reporting to an office daily has left me feeling burnt out.What strategies would you recommend?

The employer knows they won't report it to anyone for fear of losing their job.

Not the clean report I was hoping for.The numerous remediation attempts and testing have wiped out my profit on this flip.

No surprise but property taxes (up another 16%), insurance and utilities are all bumping significantly.
