@Sara Habtom yeah, you will absolutely have loan options.

It's a good time to review markets, but living in China there are a lot of other closer, international markets that could be options as well.

At the risk of taking flak here, I'm going to say I've seen a lot of super cute stock tank pools that are low-cost options. 

I am wanting to make sure I will be working with a title company that is familiar with wholesale assignment contracts, seller financing, lease with an option to purchase and possibly sandwich leasees with an option to purchase.

You’re in a solid position with this property, and it’s smart to weigh your options carefully.

We have a few parks and we utilize both options.

I have a STR in the Sullivan County and have been looking for a cleaner but the options seems to be limited in this area.
