It's really all nonsense regurgitated by investors with limited experience in the real estate industry. 

I saw a case study on the internet and I'm just regurgitating what I saw in that case study as it was truly fascinating.  

It would be a waste of time to have to regurgitate everything, share my advice, and then wait for the Landlord to give me a thumbs-up.What is gained?

There are many that can regurgitate numbers/figures, but if they aren't in the trenches, then I'd look someone else. 

I actually have debates with a few people on their SEO team because they sometimes do not understand that what they are doing is regurgitating SEO stuff that just doesnt work.That rubs me the wrong way,.. but we are all good fiends... hence I am still using their platform.Look... the leads in my email are not because of them, or anyone buy me, you..YOU have to pour your personality in your website.

@Doug Haisten If you wanna make it as a real wholesaler in this business do not try to regurgitate leads off of MLS and give them to buy and hold investors As an investor that does buy and holds there's nothing worse when I get an email or text from a "wholesaler" telling me they got a great deal and it's just a house that's been languishing on MLS that everybody sees and knows about.

Some don't even own property and just write books on theory and what they researched and read on the internet, they organize it and regurgitate it to the beginners.
