Beyond what is right and wrong, is what is most likely to occur..my forecast is based on an initial knee jerk reaction and subject to evolve..My prediction is that buyer(s) will still want (and need) to be represented, but likely at a lower average cost.

The fittings also had a lot of issues with the o-ring melting out on the hot water side or during installation as well as the metal degrading quickly due to the zinc reaction to water.

reactions - -you said he "doesn't want monthly payments" - well, that's the whole point of sub to; you just pay the existing mortgage, you don't make additional payments to the seller.
