Check the numbers to make sure you can make money with this method of financing before moving too fast with your pursuit of the condos.

My umbrella policies have always covered me, too, but they exclude my business pursuits.

And finally, I do still find it somewhat ironic that many highly successful investors want to sincerely help others in their real estate pursuits, yet they'd be the first one to jostle over the next property that comes up for sale.

I have since switched to pursuing MFH as my long-term goal, but I am eager to put my SD IRA to good work while I am researching and working with coaches on my MFH pursuit.
