Not having experience qualifying prospects I would think that the leads you would get from here, if any, would be..... challenging.

We've had some success recovering money owed, and we've seen it on credit reports.Recently a former tenant attempted to co-sign for another prospective tenant.

But doesn't have any property advertising, prospective tenant applications/screening, or any of that side of the business.

On the other, the prospect of short-selling the homes didnt look so awesome either.

Also, you need to be prepared to screen prospective tenants yourself and verify vouchers before committing to lease.
