February 2018 I received an email from Linzi del Conte stating that rehab was in progress.

During the “funding tour” in Spokane, besides the ones we could buy, we were also shown a couple of houses in progress, purchased by people in previous Inner Circle classes, and one house that was finished, ready to sell.

As a developer what plans and developments do you have in progress?   

Regular schedule updates should be completed to track the progress vs. the baseline agreed upon schedule.

So I would really focus year by year and see you're making tangible progress, but more importantly no moving backwards.

Living in the house has definitely slowed progress.

@Jay Hinrichs my example was a pure path of progress play with basically nothing money  28k is all that cost to buy it.. for sure if your paying for development dirt now one needs to be able to do due diligence no doubt. 

You will want to be motivated and make consistent progress.
