FHA 203k is an amazing product and under used! 

To stand out in the STR space especially you need to be very well accredited and offer and great and unique product.

I know from experience that finding the right deal takes time and effort but the right tools can help you analyze more deals in the same time, making you more productive.

Especially if you're doing enough volume to get good discounts on products.

All programs have LLPAs but that's more so any bank's individual guidelines and overlays to specific product pricing.
