I'd be surprised if there was anything substantially more than this that took place, and I'd be shocked if it caused anything to change for 2025, only 2026 onwards (for major things that is).Which is exactly what I call guessing  ;) 

I knew quite a few builder developer high flying RE agents that had leveraged themselves to their eyeballs.. this is not shocking or new.

note none of my local STRs have this good a revenue ratio; if they did I would have good cash flow on them which my cash flow on the STRs the last few years has been modest.I am still shocked my underwriting shows the COC to be this bad, but I have decent confidence in the underwriting.  

It is shocking that this TURNKEY PROPERTY is anyhing but turnkey.Overall, I would very much avoid anyone who is using them.
