Thanks Bill.I'm guessing you wouldn't recommend the Contract sales approach to a novice.Initially, I wanted to learn more about assigning lease options as recommend by John Jackson, Brian Gibbons and the others then I one of the local investors in my area held the seminar denouncing lease options and praising contract sales.

He seems to be dead on about the wholesaling aspect of real estate and all over the internet people praise him for his expertise.

@Trevor Lohman I always get very suspicious when I see people singing the praises of a vendor that only have 1 or 2 posts with BP.

I did go to interview and I was lavished with praise about how wonderful I was, how obvious it was that I had what it takes, etc, etc.  

It has been on the market 14 days with great praise from everyone that has looked at it.....about 60 people, but no contract.

You have a TX developer who praises the portal mentioned in the original post – with blatant self-interest since he raised funds through them and is planning on doing more.
