For those who don’t know, percoethelyne (Dry cleaning fluid) is a really nasty pollutant. 

We also have tight construction laws regarding impact to sewer system and lake pollution. 

There are various reasons for this but two primary ones is that it has water pollution issues from Mexico.

@Wouter Erwee there are options out there, but they will exclude the siding and any pollution claim that comes from the siding.

In my research, Rule 1206 issued by the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District states that the asbestos removal provisions do not apply to residential renovations.
