Once again, politicians bring the hammer down on entrepreneurs. 

Politicians are imposing $4500 relo fees and [soon] rent control on landlords. 

Don’t blame the Assessor, the politicians wrote the law and apparently tilted it towards people eligible to vote for them.

Honestly I'd be hesitant just to do anything like this in Chicago with its reputation of corrupt politicians and unions that seem to act more like the mafia, but at 1/10 the ARV in your home market sounds like a great find.I'm a small timer but I avoid homes built before 1978 because:* January 1978 was the official end of lead paint.

So many signs placed across the city and I was shocked by the recall I had of certain politician's names when it came time for me to cast my votes!

And never underestimate the sleazy politicians from Miami sweetening the pot.  

Might be viewed illegal, but politicians don’t seem to notice the little things.

In my opinion, a good speaker is a local speaker: a member from our own REIA; a local Section 8 official; the local nuisance officer; a local politician, etc.

I could talk all day about all the BS these politicians are engaged in.
