From what i noticed driving around the neighborhoods, it seems like a lot of the homes just needs polishing, and what's great is that the properties are sitting on so much land!

One more note: I don't believe a "polished" final product is necessary when it comes to rentals.

Anyway im still polishing the fine points but i wanted to give you all the broad strokes.

Currently, I'm polishing up on my subject-to contracts and short-sale skills right now.

I have seen a couple of quotes in recent articles and I don't think the messaging is as powerful as it should be.Think back to the evil banks- they got their trade groups out and polished up their image. 

For the time being, we have just been using a smartphone to shoot the videos for now, but in the future, are planning to ramp this up to a more polished professional solution. 

If the second scenario is more accurate, and you are not ACTUALLY trying to sell polished turds C.O.D, I would suggest putting your own resources on the line once to become more familiar with your buyers and what is important to them  And I can assure you... any VIP buyer, who has places high value on photos... won't be a VIP buyer for long...Sincerely though good luck!
