For future reference to anyone running into these mods......from what I learned, HUD is not allowed to budge on these except under the FHA short sale process.In this situation, the 2nd is not due until the end of the 30-yr loan.

I have been listening to the pod cast for the past few months.

so in listening to some of the pod casts...some of the guys talk about making dozens of offers weekly...how do you get the type of volume of viable houses to make that many offers?  

I listen to the pod casts and one of the wholesaler guys said he started out spending $1000 per month on advertising and that currently he was spending $4000 per month.  

Also, listen to the pod casts while you commute to work or where ever.

I will go through the POD casts for some time and educate myself first before I reach out to the group.

I am eager to learn and I have been listening to pod casts so I decided to get to the next step and sign up to pick the brains of the pros! 

It applies to every one of them, no matter what subject or topic, rehabs, notes, private lending, etc.Finally, if you are new, you really should use your servicer to do the mods & discuss, though if you do end up talking to them, first, give them the mini miranda/bankruptcy verbage, then ask how much they can afford to reinstate, then how much they can afford each month.
