Close to a cool little town, close to an area attraction, etc....Also do a search here and see how to screen guests, in addition to what the hosting sites do.... like no last minute bookings, no short stays....

Just be sure to be available while they're talking with the reps at the credit card companies because sometimes they'll send you a string of numbers to confirm your phone number etc.  

Or are there other alternatives for tenant screening and marketing while I continue using cozy?

Before you gave them your cash they answered their phones on the first ring every time you had a question.

For the first townhome, we are in the renovation process and looking to screen our first tenants.

I read "guarantees" - for me that is the biggest scam ever and right then and there either hang up the phone or delete and block the email. anytime anyone guarantees anything run and run fast.  

I see more sites going to just their regular website, optimized for the phone, than dedicated apps.

Minor drawbacks, it needs a better phone support system, I use a VOIP.that connects with Zoho and could be better.

This was within the fine print, but I was told by email/phone that it would be within 30days.
