Have you decided what type of financing you will be perusing to begin your business!?

I always like to peruse the realtor.ca website and I have noticed a 2 bedroom unit in decent condition for under 100k!

In the general LA area I am finding plenty of stuff in a quick perusal under $50k. 

So, I'd definitely recommend perusing through both areas when you get the chance (although you may want to stay away from the the 'LLC vs no LLC' discussion from earlier today, it went from educated discussion to war zone fairly quickly). 

I will definitely be perusing the forums and blogs in the coming days and weeks.

I have perused the home buying schemes, real estate websites, etc and my gosh I cannot see how a young adult is ever supposed to get onto the property ladder there!

Almost all Accountants can work remotely now- If you peruse the "Tax and IRA" section on bigger pockets you'll see about 4-5 of the same people providing a lot of great information.

I'd suggest spending time perusing BP, but in a focused way.
