Ultimately, my vision is partnering with a private lender so I can spread my funds across multiple deals at once and scale quicker; I'm really happy so far with my agents, contractor, and refi lender, so I feel like getting a great lender would be the next step for me.

Re-invest with more of a reserve in a better market, and understand you may not have the quantity or "doors" you are dreaming on your vision board.

I’d recommend reaching out to a local architect or design-build firm who has experience with both home additions and ADU construction to help bring your vision to life.

Additionally, you have to consider healthcare, vision, dental, etc...
