About 3 years ago my freshman year of high school I was told if I was to house hack after high school I could own 5 properties in 10 year's.I took that to heart and have been saving money since then reading books and listening to podcasts about finance, business and real estate.

My best advice is to work with someone who has your best interests at heart and can easily plug you in with their network of trusted GCs, lenders, PMs.

You can be successful without visiting the area you want to invest in as long as the numbers make sense and the team your working with (realtor, GC, PM) have your best interests at heart.

I would change the above language about doing your best to keep personal and LLC transactions separate to ABSOLUTELY do that with no exceptions or your LLC is a waste.Sage advice and taken to heart.
