I do plumbing inspections on the way in, along with full home inspections, and sometimes we do a pre-sale home inspection on the way out before the sale and we offer that as part of the listing package.

Exception would be body soap, I order 15 packs of Greenwich Bay on Amazon because they come in 1.9 oz bars, smell nice and have a high end look in package.

I erroneously thought it was to try and sell me on  a package even though I did not sign up for an evaluation and did not give them all my personal information (Credit score, 401 k, savings etc).

Yet somehow I did not have the lady taking the packages on camera (maybe she did not and it was weird set of circumstances with packages delivered to the wrong address).   

Cash flow is good there I assume because it is a crappy place and you can buy something for less than what the framing package would cost you.  

The entire package is underwritten up front.

I look for whole kitchen packages where people are replacing with stainless or newer.
