However and mortgages or liens (except Federal ones) are wiped out as long as the county properly notified all of them that are recorded.A tax deed is still considered to have a cloud on the title until you do a Quiet Title action or buy Title Insurance yourself.I have never had one of my Tax Deeds overturned and I did have to go to court one time.

You’ll be sort of an observer  here....any action to overturn the sale will be against the lender.Sounds like BS to me...if they had really paid the loan off, there wouldn’t be any foreclosure and the other two items are likely irrelevant.You’re not going to want to spend any money on the property though until this is resolved.

Makes no sense.I see 2 likely outcomes from the case: (1) Gov Wolf's order is overturned and we go to business as usual with a massive eviction and foreclosure tidal wave, or (2) declare it an unlawful taking and order PA to pay damages to landlords.
