This does depend on your goals and your preference on more appreciating markets vs. more cashflow centric markets, but there are definitely properties out in our neck of the woods that could work to scale up!

Keep that in mind, these people have been conditioned to use there head as a neck weight.

I don't know who Morris Invest is, I've never dealt with them and I don't invest in that neck of the woods, but there are two in this tango.

It was really neck and neck for me between the 2, and in the end, I chose Buildium. 

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

@theresa I agree.. the more I think about it, the more skeptical I get that even if the Dept of Buildings approve it as an Airbnb, if that's enough grounds to stand on legally if an Airbnb client reports/sues me because of, I don't know, a medical injury because of hitting their head on the short ceiling (even if I disclose info about the ceiling upfront on the listing).
