Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

Most real estate agents actually do not have the need to go into an office to close transactions and meet clients at either a natural location or at the properties they are showing or listing. 

Again, not blaming Roofstock because it's not necessarily their fault... it's just the nature of their marketplace and so many unknown element that can lead to things like this.

It is a comment about the nature of the person nothing more.

But given that it expressly includes a specific performance provision I would not be ignoring it… and neither would a judge or mediator.Real estate is unique by nature.

Naturally your property must sell before you can take title to the new one, but nothing prevents you from getting it under contract and make the process as smooth as possible.  

Is your income considered variable in nature depending on job sites and that you do not work a set amount of hours per week?

Naturally, there is a higher return with higher risk and vice versa.
